Thursday, August 9th
6:00 PM - The Last Log Drive with Rocky Rockwell
Until 1975 the Katahdin towed log booms from Spencer Bay to the East Outlet of the Kennebec River for transport to paper mills downstream. It took a special person to work these log drives. Come and meet some of the people who worked aboard the Katahdin and hear tall tales of their log driving days. Featuring MMM’s own Rocky Rockwell.

Friday, August 10th
8:30 AM - 2:30 PM - Working Forest Bus Tour
"Seedling to Board" -- Travel through Maine’s magnificent woods with educational stops, demonstrations and lunch. This year our travels will include a mill tour at Pleasant River Lumber. Seats are limited, so book early!

3:00 PM - Colby Woodsmen Demonstration
Watch old-time logging skills like chopping and ax throwing.
Saturday, August 11th
10 AM to 2:30 PM - Game of Logging Competition
Cheer on your favorite logger as they compete in events like sawing, speed cutting and precision felling.
9 AM to 3 PM - Craft Fair
Browse handmade, local products like jewelry, decorations, art and more. Browse and discuss land use issues at area organization booths.
10 AM to 3 PM - Free Horse and Carriage Rides
Noon - Chainsaw Carving Exhibition
Chainsaw Wood Carver Mike Thurlow will showcase his artistic chainsaw carving skills.
ALL DAY - Food, Forestry, Recreation Exhibits, Children's Area, a visit from Smokey the Bear and More!
Sunday, August 12th
Woodsmen's Breakfast
Enjoy a breakfast of eggs, home fries, French toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon and beans at the American Legion Hall on Pritham Ave. $9 per person.
All Weekend
